The bulk of the dece\u00addents con\u00adsist of mis\u00adsion\u00adar\u00adies or sci\u00aden\u00adtists whose work was sit\u00adu\u00adat\u00aded in India, either as phys\u00adi\u00adcal loca\u00adtion loca\u00adtion or as sub\u00adject mat\u00adter \u00ad\u2013 nev\u00ader\u00adthe\u00adless, one will also find politi\u00adcians, busi\u00adness\u00admen and adven\u00adtur\u00aders amongst them. In addi\u00adtion to infor\u00adma\u00adtion con\u00adcern\u00ading the estate itself (i.e. its con\u00adtent, the tem\u00adpo\u00adral span it cov\u00aders, as well as its phys\u00adi\u00adcal extent) the list also con\u00adtains brief bio\u00adgraph\u00adi\u00adcal data about the decedents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The list was com\u00adpiled by Mar\u00adtin Christof-F\u00fcch\u00adsle and Nico Putz. Besides estates, the list also con\u00adtains infor\u00adma\u00adtion regard\u00ading the archives that store them, as well as some tips for fur\u00adther inde\u00adpen\u00addent research on estates via the online data\u00adbase <a href=\"https:\/\/kalliope-verbund.info\/\">kalliope<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We thank you very much in advance for any ref\u00ader\u00adences to fur\u00adther rel\u00ade\u00advant estates!
