Gabriela Langholf is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Asian and African Studies at Humboldt University in Berlin. She is interested in the connections between state, law and memory, as well as music and dance as bearers of cultural memory and their interactions with socio-cultural conditions. She completed her first master’s degree in European Studies with a thesis on the role of language in oaths in times of political upheaval. At MIDA, she supports the processing and maintenance of the database and the organisation of events.
