Priyanka B. Kale is a first-year research student at the Centre for Studies in Social Sciences Calcutta (CSSSC), India, pursuing an MPhil in Social Sciences. She received a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Delhi and a master’s degree in Modern History from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her research interests include gender studies and global history. At MIDA, she is working on the Catholic mission archives and the Indian-German entanglement in the 19th and 20th centuries.
