Werdegang

Atem (Nok­me­dem­la) Lem­tur has done her Mas­ters and MPhil at the Cent­re for His­to­ri­cal Stu­dies, Jawa­harlal Neh­ru Uni­ver­si­ty. She is a PhD stu­dent in the DFG-fun­ded Modern India in Ger­man Archi­ves pro­ject. Her rese­arch focus is on Hima­la­yan moun­tai­nee­ring expe­di­ti­ons and labour in the ear­ly 20th century.
